Review: Wouldn't open - needed bolt cutters - I bought this product several years ago and it worked well. However, I lost the lock and order a new one about two weeks ago. The new one was a dud. I used a couple times successfully. However, the third time I used it the lock seized up and I was unable to open it. The timing was pretty bad because I just got out of the shower and had all my clothes and valuables in the locker. I had to head to the gym front desk in a towel and slippers. I was afraid I was going to have to walk home in a towel and slippers and hope that I could get into my house without keys and cellphone as the gym was getting close to closing. Luckily the gym staff was able eventually open it by using bolt cutters. Now I am on the market for another lock and afraid of getting caught "naked" by buying another dud lock. Wish these locks could be more reliable, not sure what product to buy, any recommendations would be appreciated.
Review: TERRIBLE LOCK - I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent purchase of a Master Lock. As a consumer who relies on the security of locks for storage units and other valuables, I was dismayed to find that the lock I purchased failed after only a few uses. Despite inputting the correct combination, the lock simply refused to open, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced. This isn't the first time I've experienced such a problem with Master Lock products, and it's disheartening to see a brand that's supposed to signify security and reliability fall short in such a significant manner. Having encountered similar issues with this style of lock previously, I can't help but question the overall quality and durability of Master Lock's products. It's particularly frustrating to find oneself locked out of a storage unit or other important belongings due to a faulty lock. I urge Master Lock to seriously reconsider the manufacturing and quality control processes behind their products. As a customer who values security and reliability above all else, I expect better from a company with such a reputable name. In conclusion, I must say that this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with Master Lock, and I'll be looking elsewhere for my security needs in the future. I hope that my feedback will prompt some much-needed improvements in your products and services.
