Some competitors try to short change you with 2mg and so you run out of them quicker. For loading phase use 4-5 tablets daily to get 5-6.25mg for 2 weeks or so to saturate muscles if you've never taken the supplements before. Then maintenance at 3 a day should be plenty. The tablets are slightly larger than some other brands so if you're bad with tablets maybe worth noting.
