They were coated in cinnamon which surprised me. I wasn't expecting this and it is very sweet tasting. Not compatible with salsa or cheese dips. I was disappointed in that regard, but the chips are sturdy and crunchy. I wasn't able to determine flavors of the chips offered. It wasn't clear at all. I even tried contacting the company but all i got back was a coupon for more chips.
