Which is correct?** A: It is exactly as the picture indicates, a straight line of the blade **Q: Is this a nice thin slightly flexable blade.I bought one of them new ones with the silver dot on the handle, was too thick for cutting up veg.** A: The blade is sharp and thin but too short for being a good veg knife. Very close to being excellent apart from the length of blade. **Q: What is the handle made of ????** A: It's a hard grey plastic core (visible in the picture at the blade end and the butt of the handle) with a thin, black, softer sleeve. This makes it more comfortable to hold, it's still firm but if you press a fingernail into it, it deforms then returns to it's former shape on release of pressure.
