The linen seems to be good quality (smooth, medium-light-weight but not see-through) and irons up well, the colors are true to those shown (though the names of the colors can be a bit misleading; the tunic I got was called "rose," but it is more of a light plum color, as in the picture), and the designs are nicely detailed: The tunic has pockets with a little pleat along the outer edge so they hang away from the body slightly. Another top has perfectly set-in besom pockets. Hems are self-faced. Most impressive to me is that ALL interior seams are welted. I buy a lot of Eileen Fisher, at about two or three times the price of Vivid Linen pieces, and though the fabrics are finer quality and more unusual, the finishing is not as nice as Vivid Linen's. The only thing the jury is still out on for me is how they will launder. The description includes washing instructions that say to machine wash cold in a mesh bag.
