A: Yes these have washers included with them.

**Q: I have a 1.5" intex large pool strainer assembly bought on 6"23"14 what plumber will fix on this end**
A: We also bought the strainer assembly. My son-in-law installed ours in just a few minutes and it is working great. Didn't need a plumber.
