This was purchased for my husband. We do find it a bit heavyto lift in and out of the boot but feel sure with more practice it will become easier. This is why we have only given it fourstars. He is very pleased with its performance around town in our shopping Mall. It was well packaged but you had to put on the arm rests yourself. I had to ask a neighbour to help but it was easy to do.
