I would think that it would be somewhere in the Far East and my money would be on China. Only other comment I would make is look at a portable battery powered trimmer as mine lasted three days before I cut through the cable and it is not easy to replace! If you have a small hedge/garden then portable, if you need a heavy duty trimmer go petrol.
