Conoscevo già l’hyfoama da tempo, e ho un po’ di difficoltà a reperirla, quindi devo acquistare questa perché non ho altra scelta. Sinceramente questa marca è molto granulosa, e fa un po’ fatica a sciogliersi completamente, bisogna setacciarla molto bene, e non noto chissà che differenza nella montata della meringa alla francese. Consegna e imballo niente da eccepire.
