I called Amazon customer service to see if I could return it. They could not take it back, told me to keep it and gave me a full refund. I had purchased this coffee before from a different seller on another website and the coffee did not taste very good, sort of flat, not rich like I thought it should be. So, when I got this from Amazon, I figured it would be the same. Since they told me to keep it, I decide to use some because I was out of coffee. To my surprise the coffee is delicious, almost as good and rich as the expresso I normally get.
