Assembly is easy but if you have back pain, get help. It's like the word "lisp" really can't be enunciated by someone with an actual lisp. That being said, download the "Bilt" app. It has great 3d animated instructions on how to put the table together. I bought this for my boss who really had back problems. He argues with his wife now over sharing this table. He doesn't want to share That's how much relief he's getting. Compared to the Fitspine X3, ease of use is similar, but the ankle hold for this model is a bit more hoaky, and it relies on a spring mechanism vs a push button lock. The handles aren't as well designed compared for the X3. Both are well made and well and won't feel like they will fall apart. Made of steel with quality welding, the EP-560 is durable, but not too heavy, and it folds up pretty nicely for storage.For actually using it, there are very good exercise routines both on the Teeter Move app and Youtube. Before using it, you need to know the height adjustment is key to the balance on the table. The tables seem to be designed for the user to be wearing heavy shoes. For example, if you're 5'10", adjusting to 5'10" will only properly balance if you are wearing shoes. otherwise change the height setting to 5'11" - 5'12" for proper balance if you're not wearing shoes, otherwise, you will need a spotter to un-invert you. When properly balanced you can easily invert and revert to an upright position by raising and lowering your arms above your headIf you have back pain and are on a budget, this is highly recommended as solution to relieve it. The care taken to ensure nothing bounced around or got loose is amazing! Parts were zip tied and cardboard was tucked in moving parts to ensure stability. The nuts, bolts, and screws were packaged and clearly labeled to each section corresponding to the instruction manual. There was 2 faults however. First on the handle one of the places to screw the handle on had a machining error and was in upside down, and the other was the ankle lock was a bit tight when attaching the bar and caused a scratch that you can't see after putting the pads on. Now onto the table itself. It is so easy to use!! It's set on a strong frame and is very sturdy. The contour of the back fits nicely and includes a lumbar attachment for extra relief and comfort! Even though I placed the order very close to Christmas, it arrived in good time and in perfect condition.I was honestly a bit intimidated by putting it together, but the assembly process was straightforward. I got it done by myself in under an hour, which is impressive for something that looks this heavy-duty. The instructions were clear, and all the pieces fit together without frustration. If I can build it, anyone can.My wife loves this inversion table. She uses it regularly to stretch and decompress her back, and she says it’s comfortable, effective, and genuinely relaxing. I tried it too, not usually someone into this sort of thing, and even though I wasn't inverted for long, I found the experience surprisingly comfortable and relaxing. That said, I did end up with a little bit of a sore back for a day. After doing some reading, I found that you're really supposed to start with very short sessions and gradually increase your time as your body adapts. My wife did not have this issue!We are both on the bigger side, I am 260lbs, for my own safety I will not announce my wife's weight! But this table feels incredibly solid.
