Note: These wings fall off super super easy after you wear them a bit. Mine fall off so often I can't wear them around my neck anymore without having them in my ears. The only thing I have found to help is contact cement. It is not permanent but it works really well for a week or two, then you can cement them again. Not sure what the design problem is here but if you don't cement them in you will lose them without fail! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Audiophile's Budget Bluetooth Earbuds? *by L***S on Reviewed in the United States on January 2, 2019* The BHS-790 may be one of Phaiser's best entries yet. These earbuds' strongest suit, by far, is their sound quality. The earbuds are surprisingly dynamic and incredibly crisp for Bluetooth. Well balanced would be the best way to describe the BHS-790's personality. If you're looking for earbuds with an overbearing and artificial bass, these won't deliver. Rather, the drivers perform mids and highs with an incredible amount of clarity and quality. They handle bass professionally, but it is obvious that the headset avoids the all-too-often muddy bass presence that can overcome a set of earbuds. If you're looking for strong bass earbuds, looks elsewhere. Bass tastefully compliments a dynamic audio portfolio, it is not the entree. As someone who loves their Sennheisers, I appreciate a well tuned driver set, and the BHS-790 delivers well beyond its price bracket. Bluetooth 5.0, used on my OnePlus 6t with AptX HD is also a significant upgrade from Bluetooth 4.0 series earbuds. However, not all is perfect with the BHS-790. The weak spot is the same module design that is used on almost all Phaiser earbuds. USB-C has been out for years, and there is no excuse to the continued use of Micro-USB, especially due to the charging connectivity issues that one can experience when trying to connect their headset into a Micro-USB plug. The module is also the home to the chipset, which will ever so often produce a harsh scratching noise in the earbuds, presumably some issue with connectivity, or the software within the module. As far as exercise, I have run with these multiple times, and they've been enveloped in sweat, and have held up fantastically. I used early BHS model earbuds that did not fair the same fate. Only time will tell if they can hold up to constant working out. There are some notable microphonics issues, especially when running. Sound will change as the wire flops in the air, and the earbuds move ever so slightly in your ear. This is rather minor, but worth noting, make sure to choose the right size bud for your ear, as the audio experience will differ drastically. The microphone, as quite literally all Bluetooth Earbuds in this price bracket, is lackluster at best, and near impossible to use on phone calls. Battery life is strong but doesn't reach five hours. The Phaiser BHS-790 are legit! *by C***K on Reviewed in the United States on December 27, 2018* After going from more well known brand that was marketed with more hype than performance I thought I would give these a try. I was hesitant at first just because I had never heard of Phaiser and as the company states they don't have a ton of money to market like the bigger companies like Bose, Jaybird, Beats, etc. I had a pair of Adidas Adistar by Monster and loved them. When I couldn't find those after wearing the battery out, taking for ever to charge and dying quickly, I decided to go with Jaybird X3 and in my opinion I paid more for less and the design just didn't fit my ear canal and the sound quality even with the adaptive app wasn't as good, so I had to find some replacements. I went with the Phaiser BHS-790. At first I wasn't sure because it seemed a bit raspy at full volume. I went back and forth between the 3 sets and one thing I realized is at full volume the 790's were much louder than the other two pair at full volume. With some adjustments to the EQ on my phone Samsung Galaxy Note8 I was able to tweak to my liking. These are in my opinion much better fit, comfort and sound quality over the two I had as a comparison. I have not listened to them for hours to see if I get any fatigue or tried them while being active but they fit great and I feel they are going to perform in those areas as well. I highly recommend these and would not hesitate to purchase these over the power house companies that hype up their products and popularity to push sales and make you think your getting the very best. These are legit and I like that I am supporting a family owned business and smaller business out. If you give them a go I hope you have same enjoyable experience that I have. I think the one negative in the design at first seemed like the wings were a little flimsy and didn't look like it fit the housing of the ear bud all that great being thinner but they surprisingly have worked well and seem to be more solid than they looked and comfortable once you get it adjusted to your personal comfort. Adjust you Equalizer settings at full volume to get the loudest clearest sound or turn down a little if you don't have the option to adjust with an EQ. They ar still as loud turned down a notch or two than my comparisons. Again I highly recommend and priced is very reasonable. I will give an update after prolonged testing.Update #1After prolonged use ( a couple of hours straight) I am experiencing significant fatigue with pressure points in my ear that is rather painful. This is due to the design and could easily be redesigned to fix this issue. The problem is that the ear bud is to close to the housing and so the housing actually goes inside your ear which is rather large. I have larger ears so I can imagine on smaller ears these may not work or cause even greater pain. The solution is if Phaiser were to add a cone that will extend the bud farther away from the housing. Also I ended up swapping the left and right clips to somewhat better fit. When installed the way thy were designed the clips stick out of my ear and don't fit the contour of my ear as well as having them backwards. The sound is still in my opinion great and I have no complaints there. When i got it, it was good presentation. As promised i should have got the comply foam buds but did not receive them. But i wasn't too mad at that. Later i was cycling it was pretty good with the passive noise cancellation without the foam tips so i was pleased but i had a problem as these stick out way too much(more than you would think) and the wind keeps hitting the part that is sticking out and makes it lose and disturbs the sound quality making it bad to worse. and it also looks very ugly on you. The sound was supposed to be HD but it was not, because it sounded exactly like the earphones i got from sennheiser about 2 years ago for £20.
