Review: Beware - Only the cd player worked. The Vhs player did not work at all. I returned the item and received only a partial refund since they charged almost $40 for a restocking fee. I am in the process of disputing that charge so will see what happens but beware. It appears the quality of items is hit and miss.

**Q: Does it play vhs tapes with out eating them? Does it skip on dvds?**
A: I purchased a used unit and use it sparingly.  I've used the CHS side to play tapes about a dozen times,
including rewinding and fast forwarding, all without any issues (knock on wood).  I've used the DVD player
only four times, also without any issue

A: no it just plays dvd not blue ray thanks
