## Description

Tiny Epic Vikings is a 1-4 player strategy board game that combines Drafting, Area Control, and Set Collection. The objective of the game is to accumulate the most points after 3 eras by gaining the favor of the most powerful gods. In Tiny Epic Vikings, players lead a Clan of Vikings over 3 eras, in hopes of claiming the icy lands for their own. They choose the best builders, harvesters, explorers, and warriors by playing Viking cards that represent their clan's leaders. Raid and Conquer the islands with Settlers, Construct Boats and Temples to gain influence, and fight for the Gods' favor. Gain the favor of the gods to ensure your victory. To put your strategy into action, draught Vikings in each round. Set sail with your ships. Battle for territory and glory. Gather rune stones from the land to inspire your people and glorify the gods. The runes in the board games are all triple-encoded with different colors, rune symbols, and also different shapes. (the red and green player colors, on the other hand, may pose a challenge, depending on the final shade of those colors used). My only criticism of these cards is that the icons in the sack are relatively small the wood has a brown background and the steel has a grey background, but both look like a little stack of blocks, so I think it would be nice if they were a little bigger. - TINY EPIC VIKINGS GAMEPLAY: The game takes 3 epochs. Each era is divided into three phases (Drafting cards, Performing actions, and Cleaning up). Deal each player the number of cards indicated on the era mat during the drafting phase. Performing actions is the bulk of the game. You play one card each turn, either face-down for battle or face-up for its actions. You earn points based on your runes at the end of the third era.
- ACTUAL BOARD: Tiny Epic Vikings is the first game in the series to use a board instead of large card games. The board is simply a tri-fold, a wide rectangle about the width and height of the box. It is double-sided, with one side dedicated to the 4-player game and the other to all other player counts.
- STRATEGY OF DRAFTING & AREA CONTROL: In Tiny Epic Vikings, players lead a Clan of Vikings over 3 eras with the strategy of "Card Drafting, Area Control, and Set Collection", in hopes of claiming the icy lands for their own. They play Viking Cards and select Vikings in every round to carry out the plan. By playing Viking cards their clan's leaders, they choose which builders, harvesters, explorers, and warriors are best. With the Settlers, Viking warriors raid and conquer the islands.
- FAVOR CARDS GRANT YOU RUNES: The favor cards are half-sized, with one or two runes on top and a "sack" of resource icons beneath. The runes in the game are all triple-encoded in different colors, different rune symbols, and also different shapes, so that shouldn’t be a problem for color-blind players.
- EARN FAVOR WITH THE GODS TO SECURE YOUR VICTORY: In tiny epic vikings, players command a clan of vikings across 3 eras in the hopes of claiming the icy lands for themselves. Un excelente juego, si buscan un juego de control de territorio con drafting y manejo de mano este es el juego perfecto. Y lo mejor: se puede llevar a todas partes. Amo juegos como schythe y root, este es similar pero mucho menos complejo. Un euro de control de área, es genial. Tener en cuenta: a mi parecer es de una dificultad de 3,5 de 5.

I picked this up for solo play and I am very happy with it. I did have two damaged pieces but it is minor. Gameplay seems a little random solo but enjoyed the game.
