Some of the hand tools(slide hammer, small hammer) are marginally usable but the rest is just very low quality to nonfunctioning. The large suction cup won't even hold on a perfectly flat surface. The glue gun is very cheap and the glue(I tried all three types) didn't hold at all. Each one popped off on the first attempt to pull the dent. I followed the instructions and tried several times with each. Pay more for a better kit. Don't waste your money on this one. I am just eating the loss but you don't have to. Run!
