A lot of them were disappointed that they received an OEM edition of it. If you did, it probably is your own fault for not asking the seller about what they are selling and if the price seemed too cheap, you could go back to the old saying of "buyer beware" - you get what you paid for. I did my homework and did my research BEFORE I made the purchase. I contacted the seller and found out the ones he was selling WERE NOT OEM editions, but in fact they were brand new and sealed in the box that looks just like the picture. He told me this version would work with my Windows 7 (and he was correct).Now on to the product - Microsoft Works 9:I had just set up a brand new HP computer with Windows 7, for which I bought and loaded the Microsoft Office Home & Student, and was having issues with many of my documents (which were spreadsheets or documents with Letterhead) that I had created in the old Works software. They just wouldn't plane open up or if they did, they actually opened up as one of my Word documents instead of the Works spreadsheets or Letterheads that should have opened up. This new software arrived today and I immediately loaded it to the computer. All of these documents now work and open as they should (on some of them I had to go and first tell them to "open with" and chose the Works Spreadsheet. The last operating one was Works 7.
