This was my first handy Mandy work and I did a pretty good job on my own. (I hope). The thing where you rest your knees does wobble a little too much but I’m hoping it’s not because I assembled it wrong. I will be double checking that out soon. I did 8 counts and felt like my bladder was going to burst inside lol. Super out of shape but you can tell this workout machine is gonna really do its job. If you have lower back problems as I do BEWARE that it will target that spot even on the lowest level. (I couldn’t do the highest level if my life depended on it) 😂 ..Overall everything was inside the box thank goodness cause I would’ve had to return it :( it came a bit messy inside but nothing was missing. It also came with instructions but I guided myself with the video that’s on display when you swipe thru the pics on desertcart. Would I recommend? HELL YESS. It will definitely target the belly area. You will feel the burn on your arms and your knees unfortunately. I’ll be wearing knee pads and a waist trainer to protect my lower back. Up to you what you wear. Just be careful if you’re a beginner like me. This will definitely not be easy to use at first but I’m sure we can get use to it with time. (: Also the foam pads are very good quality. They won’t tear off easily so I’m sure they’ll be durable. I love blue so the color is very beautiful. Oh just FYI if you’re a tall person this might be a little small for you. I’m between 5’6/5’7 and the machine is about right in length. However I feel if you’re taller it might be a little difficult for you to use. Good thing is this product qualifies for returns! I have multiple chronic illnesses and this is the easiest way for me to get a bit of exercise weekly. It's easy on your back and joints and all.
