I have tried a lot of different brands. This is the best I have found. The package size is perfect for a side to a lunch sandwich. Not overly spicy. Good flavor for a commercial brand. Nothing beats homemade Kimchi, but it is such a process to make. No refrigeration required, shelf stable product. Good packaging, nothing to dent or jars to break in transit. It had a little crunch and the seasoning was really good. (Could have been a little hotter but that's solvable). For the quality, convenience and flavor I will keep this on hand.
