**Q: In actual which variety of rice this? i have heard about many varieties like pusa & traditional basmati etc.**
A: I believe it to be as is labeled... A Pakistani varietal super basmati (kachi), "sella", which I was not familiar with, but has to do with a post harvest heat process before its husk is removed. I've had other basmatis that were more fragrant & longer grained, but this was very good for the price. Hope this is a little helpful...
