My honey packets were dry this time. Time before u just put them in the sink and washed them all off. Not this time. **Q: Will the honey crystallize over time?** A: i don't believe it will...but who knows what can happen to a packet of honey in 500 years :) **Q: What is the expiration date on the product?** A: There is no expiration date on the packets. I don’t have the original wrapping. Generally it is said honey does not expire....some has been found in the Egyptian tombs of long ago, and it is still good and usable. As long as stored properly, it should last indefinitely. **Q: What kind of honey is this?** A: It is not labeled, so I don't know. However, it is very dark in color (clover and orange blossom are pale) and very strong (nasty) in taste. Reminded me of very strong karo. I had bees for a number of years and harvested part of the honey; they foraged fields and flowers in our rural area; their honey was a medium color and had a light taste. This honey did not taste good to me, I did not like it and have put it out for the hummingbirds this summer. These are great, single serve packets and I don't have to worry about whether or not the honey is any good. He likes the taste and the convenience.
