Really easy to store and very high quality. It really gives you a great workout. ### ⭐ Poor quality *by M***W on 27 December 2015* Too expensive for what it is! Cheap plastic edges snapped after several uses. The stitching on the socks came undone.The board comes rolled up so when you lay it out it wants to curl back up again. (I solved this by fixing it to a sheet of 18mm plywood).Once I fixed to the ply, sewed the boots and re-made the edges it was alright I suppose! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Board, but with a Caveat *by D***R on 3 August 2015* I am 6' 1" and got this to help me with my soccer game as keeper. This really helped my lateral movement and it built up my ankle and knee stability. I highly recommend the slideboard workout, however; and this is important. THIS BOARD IS ONLY 5' LONG and IF YOU ARE TALL YOU WILL OUTGROW IT!! If you are a hockey player or a speed skater you may already need a larger size. It took me a while to get the hang of the motion, but within a few weeks I was wishing for a larger size.A month ago I got a 10' adjustable board from a hockey supply website that can adjust from 10' down to just a few inches. I am much happier with this one, and it only cost an extra $50.So if you're a smaller person or getting one for a child, this one will work for you.
