    Good product with one flaw

This product is great for the price! My biggest frustration is when I load pics to an SD card, some of my vertical pictures show up sideways and others don’t. I’ve tried every trouble shooting option with no fix. I also contacted customer service and got no resolution. That would be my only gripe. Otherwise I really enjoy having it on my office desk.

    Absolute Piece of Junk

I thought I would spend enough ($86 for 10-inch unit) to get a quality unit. I load the SD card and the photos slide show starts playing, until a random "file error" message appears and the machine gets stuck there, the slide show gets stuck. Sometimes it continues after a while, sometimes it reverts to a setup screen. This thing sucks. It also displays random photos upside down or sideways. Directions are terrible and don't even mention the "file error" issue. Im returning 5 units that I purchased for Christmas gifts. So sad!
