Although I did order the item a bit late on December 19th, I knew that since we were going to be on vacation until the 29th, I had no problems about simply paying the 30 dollars and having it waiting at our apartment by the 28th (which is when the shipping estimation said that it would be there.) So I ordered it, got back from vacation: nothing.Waited a week: nothing. Week later: nothing. Early January, I emailed the company and asked what was taking so long. They said that the shipping methods were only estimations and that it could take longer. So I hunkered down to wait.On January 19th, I emailed them again: why did I pay 30 extra dollars for express shipping when it was going to take a MONTH to ship?! It wasn't until I had emailed them did they inform me that, when I had ordered the item, they "had inventoried the wrong item which caused the delay". I asked them for a refund of my thirty dollars, and they gave it, and my package arrived on January 29th. A month and a little over a week after I had ordered it.Merry Christmas?I was unhappy with the unprofessional ism and overall lack of customer service. After all, if you were aware that you had inventoried the wrong item, why did I have to wait a month and then email you before you finally let me know the situation? You should have let me know RIGHT away. That way, I would either not be expecting the item by the 28th of December, or would have canceled my order and gone with a company that could fit my needs.I will most likely be going with a company that is more professional in the future, and will steer clear of this one. Although, when I addressed them myself, my needs were met and handled, I cannot help but think that if I hadn't emailed them, I would still be sitting here on February 10th with no item.
