## Description

Ingredients WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Íron, Niacin, Thiamin), Dried Yeast, Salt. Chickpea Flour, Rapeseed Oil, Dextrose. Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Acid. Directions 1. Combine 500g of Wrights Premium White Bread Mix with 275ml of warm water and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. 2. Mix well until a dough forms. 3. Knead the dough for about 2 minutes. 4. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. 5. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape into pizza bases. 6. Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or Gas Mark 6. 7. Place the pizza bases on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes. 8. Remove from the oven and let it cool before adding your favorite toppings.

That's fine with me as I've stopped buying bread from shops as these mixes and baking my own white/wholewheat bread from scratch feels fulfilling. I've now got a dough hook for my mixer, so it will be easier. Lovely flavour with these linseeds and oats.

I've made this bread a few times now, loved the flavour and ease of making these packs of bread mix. With this mix, found you do need to knead the dough for a good 5-10 minutes. Best baked as a round loaf dusted with flour or brushed with milk and add more seeds or as I did, some sesame seeds. Rises well and cooks for the 25-30 mins as the directions stated. Please be aware of the use by dates, mine said to use before August. That's fine with me as I've stopped buying bread from shops as these mixes and baking my own white/wholewheat bread from scratch feels fulfilling. I've now got a dough hook for my mixer, so it will be easier. Lovely flavour with these linseeds and oats.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great start to home bread making

After having at last being able to grab a Russell Hobbs 23620 Compact Bread Maker we were after an easy start to bread making with it. We bough this multipack of Wrights Baking Mixed Grain Bread Mix. The first loaf came out slightly small using the quantities stated on the packet but the texture, colour, and flavour were excellent. For the second loaf we used the appropriate instructions / quantities from the Bread Maker instruction book (just using the flour & water). It came out perfect in size, colour, texture, crust thickness, and flavour. We have bought all the ingredients for a DIY loaf of bread but will still use the Wrights Baking Mixed Grain Bread Mix in between.
