Honestly my teeth are whiter than I feel they should be. I feel lole they should be way more stained. I use this toothpaste and mouthwash with a 50/50 water peroxide. I know peroxide hels fight stains too. But I don't think it's the peroxide alone because I've smoked for 10 years now always used peroxide rinse but my teeth weren't always this white.
