Even whilst taking Holland and Barrett SKIN, HAIR AND NAILS multivitamin which just cause me breakout and oily skin.2 weeks of taking these and I'm already seeing a difference in the strength, length and overall nail health. Also my chronic fatigue is bearable whilst taking these.YES I WOULD RECOMMEND these to expectant mothers, I took them in both my pregnancies and would again if i was expecting as I'm sure they contributed positively to 2 healthy full term pregnancy.If you are struggling with nausea be aware these can make that worse so maybe take them before bed so you don't feel to bad during the day.The expiry date on the one I received were fine, I genuinely believe a lot of people are mistaking the production date for the expire date as both dates are on the all the individual sachets.
