Review: Great for stained glass - Updated review: I've now been doing glass for 19 years and now teaching classes fulltime for almost 2 years. I still love this foil. I teach countless beginners with it and they have a lot of success. It is thin but it is very sticky and it lays nice and flat easily. At less than $3 a roll, it is a steal compared to name brands. You get 130 yards of copper foil for the same price as one 36 yard roll from a name brand. I've been doing stained glass for 16 years. This is a great bargain for copper foil. It is quite thin and rips easily, but a steady hand will resolve that. I've bought repeatedly now.

A: I love this for stained glass. I'm an experienced artist, 17 years doing stained glass and I teach classes. This is my favorite foil.

**Q: What is the thickness of the copper metal? What is electrical resistance per foot?**
A: I don't know, but it is much thinner than what I use for stained glass.  It tears very easily.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Does this product get hot when connected to a AA battery?**
A: No it does not get hot!

Great price, adheres well. Only issue is that it wants to unwind itself from it's spool. I found you can either put duct tape on the side of it, or just expose the end of the rolls adhesive and stick it to the roll under tension. The tape on the side works better.
