Each character has their own goal that is handled completely differently from each other to win. Prince John was selected so there would be variety amongst the 6. If you do want to play as scar though, there is an expansion that includes him AND you DO NOT need the main game to play since each character is their owns self-contained board/deck and that is all you need to play. I got the expansion with Ratagin since he is one of my favorites before I got the main game. **Q: What is the minimum suggested age for this game?** A: Hi and thank you for your question. We recommend 10 years and up for this game. **Q: Will there be more villains released later?** A: The (first?) expansion is due to be released March 2019. **Q: Is this a fun 2 player game? or is it better with more?** A: Better with more, though more Villains via an Expansion set would be amazing. Lots of people would love to see Scar, Hades, Gaston, Yzma, Claude Frollo, etc. to name a few. Or even a counter expansion with the heroes of your franchise.
