This one is a little more complicated. It seemed like I would need to insert a flat head screwdriver into one of the slots to unlock it each time because it snaps in place once you slide it over. It won't budge after without a flat head. Instead I took the one screw it had out to access the mechanism. I then easily gutted everything out of it and put the screw back on. Now it slides back and forth without any tension, just what I wanted!! While it had installation instructions it had no operating instructions.
