Red, you can't miss it if you use a daily pill box. I re-ordered. My brother told me 30 years ago to take CQ 10. He said It's the most important supplement. Finally, This enzyme is somewhat affordable for me. I've tried taking it in the morning, at night, with a high protein meal, etc., and nothing helps. I do not have urgency with any other CoQ10 I've taken, so this issue is unique to this product which is the first I've tried with pepper.
