Not delivery firms fault, but seller. However, this tv has taken my breath away. It's replacing a 2 year old LG ( gone to mum to replace an old non smart tv) which I have been disappointed with. Pound for pound this is hugely superior, I've always had LG but not any more. Colour fade out started at about 5 degrees on LG and at 15 degrees was unwatchable, this Samsung has minimal fade out at 30 degrees and even at 70 degrees is still agreeable. Picture quality is superb with very little tweaking, sound is brilliant, hardly use sound bar now, and most everything is easy to find. The remote got mixed reviews but up against the LG one, this is a doddle and nice to use. Set up and connectivity so simple the tv virtually did it for me. This is without a doubt the best tv I've bought, fabulous value for money and if it lasts as long as my Samsung phones it'll probably be the last tv I buy. ( if not, it'll be another Samsung). If you're looking for a top tv for budget money you can't go wrong with the QE F1 Samsung, brilliant. Review: Brilliant TV but pls read my review - Brilliant picture, easy to set up but if you're an antiquated fossil like me with an older av amp or surround system without Bluetooth connectivity you'll need to buy an DAC converter as there are no audio outputs or optical output on the TV so you'll need to use an hdmi port and USB(for power) to converter then plug audio or optical in there. Not really a problem but make sure you've got one before full install as it's easier to route and hide wiring rather than having to faff around later. Apart from that. Not delivery firms fault, but seller. However, this tv has taken my breath away. It's replacing a 2 year old LG ( gone to mum to replace an old non smart tv) which I have been disappointed with. Pound for pound this is hugely superior, I've always had LG but not any more. Colour fade out started at about 5 degrees on LG and at 15 degrees was unwatchable, this Samsung has minimal fade out at 30 degrees and even at 70 degrees is still agreeable. Picture quality is superb with very little tweaking, sound is brilliant, hardly use sound bar now, and most everything is easy to find. The remote got mixed reviews but up against the LG one, this is a doddle and nice to use. Set up and connectivity so simple the tv virtually did it for me. This is without a doubt the best tv I've bought, fabulous value for money and if it lasts as long as my Samsung phones it'll probably be the last tv I buy. ( if not, it'll be another Samsung). If you're looking for a top tv for budget money you can't go wrong with the QE F1 Samsung, brilliant. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant TV but pls read my review *by D***. on 31 May 2026* Brilliant picture, easy to set up but if you're an antiquated fossil like me with an older av amp or surround system without Bluetooth connectivity you'll need to buy an DAC converter as there are no audio outputs or optical output on the TV so you'll need to use an hdmi port and USB(for power) to converter then plug audio or optical in there. Not really a problem but make sure you've got one before full install as it's easier to route and hide wiring rather than having to faff around later. Apart from that. Absolute bargain and perfect service from Amazon, delivery guys and Samaung customer services. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good TV *by R***D on 3 June 2026* It's a pretty good TV. The black isn't very black and the picture isn't great when in a sunny room. TV sound is OK, but I still use an external soundbar for the bass. Can connect soundbar via Bluetooth which is useful. The menu and navigation is confusing as others have mentioned, but you do kind of get used to it. Colours are OK, just keep the room dark. Has many features I won't use like the AI and live TV - lots of channels but not great. I use mainly for streaming apps. Can cast to it easily from my Samsung phone. Also found out I can turn on the kitchen lights from the TV, using Smart Things. Not that useful but it confused my husband when he was in the kitchen as I turned the lights on and off from the TV. He's there waving his arms around trying to figure out what was going on. I sat there looking at him asking what was happening with the lights haha. Anyway, I digress. All in all a solid TV, pretty good picture, ok sound, lots of apps and features.
