My wife thinks it’s wonderful and works very well. When I first started wearing it I had to fight my gag reflex but that eventually calmed down.i also find my teeth ache about in the morning having had something poured on them all night. So mixed feeling really, it does work and stop my snoring but I don’t enjoy wearing it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ This is big *by J***5 on 24 June 2025* This is quite a large mouthpiece, I could not even fit the whole unit in my mouth. Probably because I have (officially) got a small bite area and had to have 4 premolars and all 4 wisdom teeth removed by the time I was 19 due to overcrowding. Even taking the silicone guards off and trying to mould them proved nearly impossible. So as I can't use it, I can't give a review if it works or not.
