Review: Sour but does mix clear - Takes some work to stir in but if you let it rest the foam settles down to nothing. DO NOT add to coffee. This powder is sour, not like regular protein powder. That said I don’t notice it at all in juices, teas or other drinks.
Review: Don't Fall For "Unflavored/Naturally Sour Taste" Description. The Sour Taste...Is VOMIT!!!!! - This is advertised as CLEAR. No it is NOT. It is cloudy, clumpy and does not dissolve. Even in hot liquid. I tried to blend this with a mixer at a speed faster than my Camaro. It did NOTHING but create foam on top of the clumps. The description of "unflavored/naturally sour taste" needs to be changed and they need to make up their minds which one it is. It either has NO flavor or it has a sour taste to be compared to something else that's sour. I thought it was more unflavored than sour. NOPE. The sour taste takes over whatever you put it in. Frankly, the "naturally sour taste" that they will Not describe, is VOMIT!

I am on my third bag. I mix 1 scoop with 1 cup of vanilla yogurt and 2 TBS soaked chia seeds. Stir and eat. Very tasty. The protein powder is tasteless. I also add to my pancake recipe.
