I am reading it in a small group setting but you could totally just read it on your own. It is set up so you can read a chapter at a time or read the mini chapters within the chapter each day. She is very frank about what she talks about and writes it so easily. I have learned so much and am really needing this book for where I am in life. So glad I am doing this.
