Review: Overall like the laptop. Looks great. I only surf the internet and do office on. So I am not challenging the processor much. Fan does not come on much so it is quiet. i wanted 1 gig drive so went for this model over the newer model that claims to have better heat management. The keyboard is small but so is the laptop. The Good Screen is beautiful. Not much bloatware on. Large hard Drive Runs 3 hours on one charge. USB C charging. Can get a nice small charger online for travel. Finger print scanner. Not more PIN numbers to access. The Bad Sound is awful. but i use bluetooth headphones a lot. The keys are hard to see because of silver color. Personally will not choose another silver laptop. The layout of keyboard took some getting used to. But that is function of small footprint. The delete key is next to power key. Have turned off laptop a few times by accident.

A: Mine came with the 12700h.

A: If the question is where are they made, it's Taiwan.

**Q: What is the battery life of this computer?**
A: With consistent use and battery saver on, about 7 hours, but with I charged it before shutting it down for almost two weeks. Just turned it on for the first time and it shows 91% remaining. Much depends on your own usage patterns with the display and other functions.

**Q: Is this in s mode? I heard that some computers run in this setting and wanted to make sure it wasn’t**

+++ Very fast CPU (good for programming) +++ Doesn't throttle during heavy loads. I hated my DELL XPS because of that. + Good screen + Good keyboard & touchpad + Lightweight + Fingerprint reader is good + There's a separare FN button to disable microphone --- Speakers could've been better - they are silent and quality is not very good. --- Too little RAM for hardcore programming (I wish it had 32G instead of 16G) - Battery could've been better. 4h in eco mode. - USB-C is only on the left side of a laptop. I wish it had USB-C on both sides (like Mac). - No FN buttons to control media (play/pause/next/prev...)
