I know the green is for redness but other than that I have no idea?** A: The problem is that there are 4 different palettes. The how to video shows an Asian girl with blue and purple and green...there are none of those colors in my palette (Light). THe colors themselves are not even labelled, although I found a makeup tutorial somewhere that did id them I still don't know what they are for but the bottom left is excellent for my under eye circles. I feel that NYX has really dropped the ball on this, it would be simple enough to key and id the colors on each of the four palettes (ie #5 is for under eye circles...). I recommend that you should buy the deep nyx, because the medium does not cover to much. And I have the deep and medium nyx. And the medium I give to my daughters that have lighter skin tone. **Q: Does it stay and not wipped off putting liquid foundation over it to cover any discoloration on your face?** A: If it’s corrector yours using, that goes under foundation and concealer. Concealer can be applied under or over foundation. I’ve seen both methods. I went with this shade palette because she has a more pale complexion. And let me say it's not the easiest to find good lighter contour palettes. This is a very good palette for anyone with a lighter complexion.This is cream. Not powder. But that tends to be a personal preference. It's easy to work with. Easy to blend and layer. I've used it a few times also and have been pleasantly surprised by how nice it is. Especially for the price. It's no $90 palette but there have definitely been days where I've preferred this over my more expensive palettes and it's been perfect for my daughter. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Buy the colorful palette, skip the skin tone palette entirely. *by on Reviewed in the United States September 4, 2025* I'm giving the fair skin tone palette one star and the colorful palette gets four stars. I bought the palette with the different colors like green, purple, yellow, and pink and it was great, I ended using all of the pink. The green is too blue to effectively neutralize redness in my (very pale) skin, but the pink, yellow, and peach were excellent to neutralize purple/ blue dark undereye circles, and even provided decent cover up for red blemishes, so I could apply a regular concealer over the top. I came to Amazon to buy another palette because my makeup store in town was out and found that Nyx had one in skin tones! So I bought the fair palette and I've used it a few times. The consistency difference between the skin tone and the colorful is pretty big. The colorful one is very creamy and applies nicely with a brush or fingertips. The skin tone palette is much less creamy, more dry and difficult to pick up and sheer out with makeup tools. On top of that, I could only use one or two of the colors, so most of the palette just sits wasted drying out even more.
