I have a few different pain disorders, with soft tissue/ myofascial/ joint pain/ tearing muscles... Thankfully I had a few decades of holistic healing research/practice before that. ( I was beginning work on my Doctorate in Oriental Medicine when I got much worse.) So I really research the heck out of every holistic modality and treatment that might help.This seems to lessen all of the aforementioned kinds of pain. It's also great to find a product that smells pleasant. And the idea of a sprayable product is so smart. Some of my worst areas are impossible to reach. Also, I've found that it maximizes the benefit if you to seal in the product with saran wrap, then bundle up. That way the product has a stronger and longer lasting benefit.The only potential concern for me is not receiving too large a dose of Camphor OIl - all at once. Which is difficult when even your eyebrows hurt. It makes it so tempting to bathe in it. However, the product is within the acceptable range in present research.As a side note - when I found this and a few other pain relief products I emailed Amazon to see if they could send it asap, since my pain was off the chart. The product arrived in less time that I thought was possible - about 12 hours later. DO WEAR PLASTIC GLOVES WHEN APPLING!!!!!! this stuff will get into your hands, and no matter how many times you wash them after you massage it into your feet, it still leaves a trace amount that will cause sever eye and private part BURNING PAIN. this stuff is great, but use the gloves!!
