But for the price I am surprised to see that it works - the light with 3 cell batteries is bright enough and the screw drivers are sturdy enough. I primarily bought this for the needle nose pliers (electronics works and minor repairs for travelling gear like zips etc) that are spring balanced and the whole thing comes in a tiny belt pack smaller than the size of a Nokia mobile handset. While I am sure Leatherman and Victorinox have their tools well done (I have a few of them), this one is good for the odd job and even as a cheaper investment for outdoor travels/hiking or on the immediate move. For the price, get this one. A neat little multi-tool and pouch. It won't stand up to hard jobs, for sure, but if you need to squeeze a small keyring or get a grip on something, the pliers work. The torch works as well, but batteries need replacement and the bulb is loose. the screwdrivers work nicely but can't take much force.The knife is blunt and dull, won't cut a banana in the shape in which it arrives. Luckily I have a water-stone to sharpen it with. The keyring and chain are useless. The chain links fell apart with a slight tug.If you're looking for a handy tool to keep in your pocket, for very lightweight jobs, this is great. Buy it. The price alone makes it worth it, but be prepared to spend some time prepping this tool.
