These are great! It took a little getting used to at first. I was used to cooking on non stick and cast iron. But once I figured out it was closer to cooking on cast iron, I was in business. I've made many meals since 2020 on these and I do not regret it. Food tastes better, cooks better and overly just a joy to work with. They're easy to maintain and if I don't have to worry about scratching then because it doesn't affect them if you scuff them up a little. I use Barkeepers Friend to shine them back up like new whenever they start looking dull. I like that they're also oven safe. That is a huge plus with some of the dishes I make. If I had to, I would purchase these again.
