The SPX reformer supports more than 250 core-strengthening Pilates exercises.
The reformer is equipped with four 100-percent (full tension) and one 50 percent (half tension) reformer springs,
providing variable resistance during your routine. The spring resistance helps you build core strength while developing
longer, leaner muscles without bulk. You can also extend the SPX via the padded platform extender, letting you perform
select standing and seated exercises. The reformer even includes an adjustable four-position foot bar that drops easily
into the cradles to regulate hip and knee flexion. Other reformer features include extra-thick foam cushioning on the
reformer and extender with double stitching; easy-roll wheels for enhanced mobility; three gear bar slots for quick
tension adjustment; and rubber feet that provide improved traction for Jumpboard and Cardio-Tramp rebounder exercises
(items sold separately).
