Then starts the frustration for me.(1) It has service centres at very unapproachable places(2) The staff at service centre (Karol Bagh - Delhi) is a shoddy place with shoddy behavior(3) Received a message on 18th August "AD-GCARE - Please collect back your unit and pls share GCDNXXXXX to service partner for Job No. GC18800032274(4) On 19th I visited the store and it was locked - Had no information about the closing day(5) On 20th August, the lady at the store told it is not ready yet and refused to give a date.Now I am without my handphone.....Never buy a Gionee Phone even if it comes with some features.
