Even though both levers are pushed at same time, Right side takes a bit longer than left side but not enough to warrant less stars. We keep the setting at 5 for perfect toast. toasts Bagels nicely as well. We have family of 5 so having 4 toast at a time helps a lot! Easy to get smudges or smears on the stainless steel but you spray some olive oil spray on a paper towel then wipe it down and it cleans up perfect. We love this toaster!

Very nice toaster. Attractive and functions as it should. Even though both levers are pushed at same time, Right side takes a bit longer than left side but not enough to warrant less stars. We keep the setting at 5 for perfect toast. toasts Bagels nicely as well. We have family of 5 so having 4 toast at a time helps a lot! Easy to get smudges or smears on the stainless steel but you spray some olive oil spray on a paper towel then wipe it down and it cleans up perfect. We love this toaster!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Get's the job done, but the design could be improved.

I've used this product for over 1.5 years as of today, 29 November 2025. It's rather lightweight and its construction is somewhat flimsy. The removable slider at the bottom of the toaster is not wide enough to enable a thorough cleaning of the toaster. For example, toasting an everything bagel causes lots of seeds and small portions of the bagel itself to fall to the bottom of the toaster. The removable slider does not catch much of this. Also I, frankly, can't distinguish between the result of using the "bagel" button versus the "frozen" button. However, I don't hesitate to say that this toaster gets the job done and I don't regret having purchased it.
