I usually use the other collangenetics before red light then tan after red light.** A: Definitely put it on before you use red light. I have been tanning after red light, as advised by the owner. I apply tanning lotion before I tan. Opalescent and I just added an accelerator, Blonde Obsession, and I can tell the difference.
