Review: Prefer them 100% over silicone - I used the silicone bannetons and they hold in too much moisture and dough gets a skin pretty quickly in the refrigerator so I purchased these. They’re awesome! Made well, keeps moisture at bay, the loaves no longer produce a skin and the dough doesn’t stick, materials releases from dough very easily and the material is so easy to clean. I won’t ever go back to silicone. Great price and they work perfectly.
