I was a bit worried that I would be unable to sleep with them on, but these are shockingly comfortable.I got one for each hand (and this review is going to be copied and pasted on both right and left braces) and am *extremely* surprised that I'm able to sleep with them both on.They seem to keep my hands in the right position so they're not nearly as stiff and painful in the morning. The braces obviously have a good, stiff inside, but the fabric cover is *very* soft on my sensitive skin. The straps are made of the same material and don't pinch my skin when they're tightened.The braces are unfortunately pretty expensive, but I would consider them to be with the money for the quality and usefulness. ### ⭐ Very disappointed *by T***R on December 8, 2023* The media could not be loaded. I had such high hopes for these braces! I have bad carpal tunnel and regular braces aren't enough because my hand can still close. This design seemed like it would be perfect and if a few changes are made it still could be.First the only size options were medium and large. I thought medium would be ok, but as you can see it isn't. I have it as tight as it will go and if I wake up with the braces still on, my hand is out. Please make a small size.Second the velcro isn't strong enough and isn't long enough. Just the act of moving my arms under my covers causes the velcro to come undone, so sometimes I wake up without the braces even on. The velcro should wrap around to the bottom of the braces as well.Third the thumb loop should be moved back a little. A size small would help this, but it still needs to come back some. If you ever make a small I would love the opportunity to try them because this design definitely has potential and I wasted my money on these two that won't stay on and I desperately need them! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Product from a great seller *by P***R on March 1, 2019* I drive approximately 500 miles/week and use a tablet for 8 hr/day.
