The CURT 13615 Class 3 Trailer Hitch is a heavy-duty, vehicle-specific 2" receiver designed for select Lexus NX and Toyota RAV4 models. Rated for up to 4,500 lbs gross trailer weight and 700 lbs tongue weight, it offers versatile towing options with a durable, rust- and UV-resistant finish. ## Description

They make it easy to hook and carry, offering a vehicle-specific fit and the weight capacity to handle a variety of trailers. Class 3 custom hitches are the most common type of receiver hitch for pickup trucks and SUVs. Due to their weight range, they are also found in full-size cars, crossovers and minivans. Each custom-fit Class 3 hitch pack is made for vehicle-specific mounting. This particular kit fits certain years of Lexus NX250, NX350, NX350h and NX450h+, and Toyota RAV4 and Venza (see application information to verify vehicle compatibility). Provides a weight load capacity of 4.5 lbs. GTW and 700 lbs. TW. It is also compatible with a weight distribution hitch for leveled trailer and a rating of 4.5 lbs. WD and 700 lbs. WDTW. CURT class 3 trailer hitches are typically used to attach and transport utility trailers, boat trailers, campers, snowmobiles or off-road vehicles and more (Note: never exceed the lowest rated towing component). Each Class 3 hitch has a 2" receiver tube and is tested in accordance with SAE J684 for safety. To ensure CURT Class 3 receiver hitches have what it takes for serious towing, they are designed using a practical approach and are built with sturdy, high-strength steel and precise welding. Review: Perfect fit on NX250 2023. Installation was fairly simple too. No need of jack or second set of hands. I positioned the hitch underneath the car and tilted it so the the side tongues would slide into place without having to lift the entire hitch. Once the 2 front screws were in place, I lifted the back side and put the other 2 screws. I used a robber mallet to help me aline the back 2 screws. Entire process was about 30 minutes. I’m able to use my bike rack now. The hitch looks very well made and it fits the car perfectly. Highly recommend it.

Perfect fit on NX250 2023. Installation was fairly simple too. No need of jack or second set of hands. I positioned the hitch underneath the car and tilted it so the the side tongues would slide into place without having to lift the entire hitch. The hitch fit my Lexus NX350h perfectly. I tried to install it without dropping the muffler but I could not get the hitch past the muffler. I used channel locks to remove the rubber connectors holding the muffler then I lowered the muffler with a jack, then raised the hitch with the jack. It took a little jiggling to get the bolts in but they did go in. You will need a short 19mm or a 3/4” socket. I didn’t have a torque wrench so I tightened it as hard as I could with a 10” wrench. Took about an hour. Only plan to use for a bike rack, no electrical cables.
