Very pleased with this purchase. **Q: Do 'connectors' come with Actuator? I have read complaints that they do not.** A: The one that I received had everything needing to install...that being, the cover plate, the mounting plate (with the spring type part to hold it in place) and the inserts that you adjust to length and do a quarter turn to lock in place. These are what the two buttons on the actuator push against to flush the toilet. With the model I have, I had to snap about 1" off of the rods for them to fit correctly. **Q: The picture and the product number are for Sigma01 but the name says Samba...anyone know which it actually is?** A: The Gerberit 115.770 number indicates Sigma01 (round) button actuator plate. The 21.5 suffix indicates polished chrome finish.
