These bands are excellentβ€”they're the same, if not better, quality as the gym versions, and we love that they're so small and easy to take with you. We took our sets with us on vacation and were able to incorporate them into the hotel's equipment for an even better workout. I've had them for a couple months and they are holding up extremely well. Although when I got them, they had a super strong nasty smell to them and the smell will still get on my hands whenever I use them. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Inconsistant *by S***Y on March 5, 2020* I bought a set of these about a year ago, no problems with it. Then I got another set a couple months ago; it turns out some of the same color bands with the same rating (i.e. "medium") in the new set are thinner and much easier to stretch compared to the original set.
