Did it way too low. For years my earring always looked like it would fall out. So, I decided to see if I could buy something to correct it and this was it!! It didn’t hurt like I thought it would. First one went on great, second one went through but the backing stayed in the device so we just took it out and put it on manually. Didn’t hurt too much. Great product for the price! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use but not highly effective *by B***L on April 23, 2019* These will get the job done, but it will be messy and possibly painful. I tried them on my 3 year old daughter and felt terrible because the device popped the earring through her ear but did not actually clasp the back pin to the earring to secure it. I then had to figure out how to detach the device from the earring (because it was still attached to it after the piercing) without hurting her, and similarly remove the back pin from the other end of the device to then place it on the earring myself. It was awful. If you're an adult using it on an adult, i suppose this would be okay (not ideal but ok).
