**Q: Can the sensor be replaced?**
A: Yes it can, however, the cost of labor and sensor to physically replace it, is cheaper for the customer to buy a new detector.

**Q: can the sensor be replaced by the user? and if yes, are replacement parts available for purchase online?**
A: Given the low cost of the product and cost of the sensor alone and labor to replace and required calibration, we do not offer sensor replacement on the CO detector, to purchase it by itself on Amazon.com is about $89. Thank you and have a nice day.

**Q: I know it says that it us waterproof but can it be used to detect the CO2 levels in the water?**
A: Please be careful, this is CO not CO2. Also, it cannot be used in water ONLY for gas. Thank you.

**Q: could this be used to adjust my oil boiler?**
A: NO. You need a combustion analyzer. This product is only for air quality measurements.
